WESA Automation

WESA Automation is a controls integrator in the Chicago Area. While working with them, I learned the basics of PLC programming, developed a automated inventory tracker using a project management tool called Accubid integrated with excel. Additionally I learned to work quickly under the pressure of a job site.

Ag Leader Technology

Ag Leader is an automated agriculture company that designs precision measurement tools that can be added to tractors and other farm equipment. I was an Embedded Engineering Intern at Ag Leader, focusing on electrical validation and testing. My biggest project was called the 50 day test, in which some of the boards for their next line of products to be pushed to market were put in a temperature and moisture chamber for 50 days and run at different voltages non-stop. If one of these boards failed, it was my job to figure out how and why using a variety of different techniques. I also designed a variety of different boards to improve the testing process. I talk more about those in my projects section.

Haber Technologies

At present, I work for Haber Technologies, a company revolutionizing grain drying. Over the past two years, I have been involved in designing and testing the boards which control our drying mechanism, a series of pvc tubes that run up and down inside of a grain bin.
